Mpox Vaccination
Clients are welcome to visit our clinic on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. – noon to receive an mpox vaccination.
Appointments are not required during these times.
Our clinics are held at our main office, located at 5550 Venture Drive, Parma, 44130.

Vaccine Eligibility
Four categories based on risk level
Tier 1
People at high risk of occupational exposure, such as lab personnel who are processing specimens
Individuals identified as close contacts or who have been directly exposed
Tier 2
People who have attended events or been to places where Mpox is known to have been transmitted
Tier 3
Those at high risk for Mpox or are likely to have been recently exposed
Individuals who have, or are likely to have, prolonged intimate contact which puts them at high risk for exposure
Tier 4
Nationally or locally identified groups at high risk for exposure based on epidemiological evidence
Who is now eligible
- People of any sexual orientation or gender identity who have or may have multiple or anonymous sex partners, or who participate or may participate in group sex
- People of any sexual orientation or gender identity whose sex partners are eligible per the criteria listed above
- People who know or suspect they have been exposed to Mpox in the last 14 days
- Anyone else who considers themselves to be at risk for Mpox through sex or other intimate contact.
