Immunization Clinic Hours:

  • Monday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Thursday: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Limited availability on Fridays

We offer immunizations for infants, children, teens and adults.

Some children may be eligible for low- or no-cost vaccines under the Vaccines For Children Program (VFC). If your child is uninsured, uninsured, or on Medicaid, they may qualify.

We also accept most insurance and out-of-pocket payments.

An immunization schedule shows all of the vaccines that are recommended and required for children from birth to 18 years of age.

School Requirements

Meningococcal ACWY (MCV4): All incoming 7th and 12th grade students in Ohio schools must have proof that they have the age-appropriate meningococcal vaccines (serogroups A, C, W, and Y).

TDaP/Td: Ohio law requires all children entering 7th grade to show proof of a booster dose of Tdap or Td.
