Performance and Quality Administrator

Overview
Manages and coordinates an organization-wide performance improvement effort which includes both performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) activities.

Coordinate the agency Performance Management Team, Quality Improvement Council (QIC), and Accreditation Team.

Provide staff training, assistance with staff engagement, and providing resources and technical assistance for PM & QI activities.

Serves as the Accreditation Coordinator to lead, organize and implement the agency-wide processes to achieve and maintain public health accreditation.

Ms. James works closely with the Personnel Supervisor and Service Area Directors to support a culture of inclusive training and skill development.

Her background includes:

Working at CCBH for nearly ten years in various service areas.

Earned both a BSPH and MPH in Public Health from Kent State University.

Direct experience in leading and guiding regional quality improvement efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
