The Ohio Department of Health maintains a list of properties in Ohio whose owners have refused to comply with a lead hazard control order. Due to the owner not correcting the lead hazards, the property has been required to be vacated since they contain known lead hazards. The properties have been declared unsafe for human occupation, especially for children less than 6 years of age and pregnant women.
