Overview
The director of finance oversees all fiscal operations, grant compliance, and financial strategy for CCBH.

Monitors the effectiveness and financial benefits of budget expenditures, provides financial management for capital improvement programs and local/state/federal grants.

Provides appropriate financial and management reports to the Board, including long-range financial projections.

Serves as principal advisor to the Board in all matters related to financial management.

With more than 15 years of public-sector finance experience, Mr. Pissini helps ensure transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
Prior to joining CCBH, Mr. Pissini audited public entities for the Ohio Auditor of State and served in senior finance roles within Ohio school districts.
