Overview
Provides leadership, direction and oversight in the design, implementation and administration of all human resources activities and initiatives including recruitment, employment, staffing, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, staff training/development, worker’s compensation, unemployment, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity compliance, and labor relations.

Oversees all quality improvement and workforce development activities for CCBH.

Participates in the creation and execution of the CCBH mission, vision, and strategic plan.

Ms. Burke plans, implements and facilitates development and training programs for CCBH employees.

She is responsible for employee hiring, onboarding, orientation and benefits.

Along with the Performance & Quality Administrator, Ms. Burke strives to elicit optimal performance from CCBH employees to deliver the best programs and services possible.
