Overview
Partners with other senior leaders to develop and direct the vision and strategy for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives within CCBH at the programmatic and administrative levels.
Develops action plans to eliminate potential and actual barriers to EDI strategy achievement.
Integrate EDI within CCBH structures, operations, and leadership practices.

Dr. Brown is the first person to serve in his role at CCBH.
He comes to us from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was the Assistant Professor in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences.
Dr. Brown oversees the design and execution of strategies that promote community engagement and advance health equity across a range of public health settings.
