All food businesses must have their layouts, equipment, and menus approved by our agency prior to obtaining a license to operate. All new food businesses must complete a formal plan review application process.
New owners of an existing food business must receive approval prior to obtaining a new license. Please notify our office prior to starting operations. Your facility will require a consultation inspection and formal plan review may be necessary.
