For 2015, we plan on continuing to offer yoga and chair massages as well as other wellness events. Please login often to look for new Lunch and Learns being offered this year! Any event information will be emailed and posted on this site.

Yoga
We are thrilled to be able to still offer yoga for our employees. Keep your eyes open for emails and fliers announcing sign up times and dates.
Perfectly Imperfect
Perfectly Imperfect Produce and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health are teaming up to make it easier for employees at CCBH to have access to affordable fresh fruits and vegetables. And together, we’re helping to reduce food waste at the same time!
Did you know that 40 percent of food produced in the United States is wasted? Perfectly Imperfect Produce is doing its part to help reduce that number by packaging up boxes that contain fruits and vegetables that might be a bit blemished on the outside, but are perfectly fresh, delicious and nutritious on the inside. You’ll pay about 30% less than what you’d pay for produce at many grocery stores!
Lunch and Learn
Lunch and Learns will take place throughout the year. Several topics have been suggested such as a training on the smart phone application “My Fitness Pal” and education on nutrition labels. If you have an idea for a Lunch and Learn, please let us know!
Corporate Challenge
Corporate Challenge will be here before you know it, and we are looking forward to your participation! We are currently seeking team captains. Click here to view the Corporate Challenge site.
Chair Massage
We know this a favorite among the employees, so we will continue to work with area providers to offer chair massages. Our goal is to offer quarterly massages. It may not always be free, but it will always be at a reduced cost.
