Food businesses that plan to alter their equipment, plumbing, layout, menu, or food handling processes must contact our agency prior to alteration. Formal plan review may be required to approve these changes.

Food businesses that have been closed for any extended period of time must also contact our office prior to reopening. Plan review may be deemed necessary.
