2024 Ryan White Part A Summary

The CY2024 Ryan White Part A Cleveland TGA Care Continuum Summary provides an overview of HIV care outcomes for clients served across the six‑county region. Key measures include linkage to care, retention in care, antiretroviral therapy (ART) use, and viral suppression.

In 2024, the Cleveland TGA served 3,325 RWPA clients, with 89% linked to care, 70% retained in care, 99% receiving ART, and 87% achieving viral suppression. Overall outcomes remained stable compared to 2023, with a small decline in viral suppression. The report also highlights service utilization changes, including increased Non‑Medical Case Management and decreased Mental Health and Nutrition Therapy use.

Subpopulation results show slight decreases in viral suppression for both MSM and Youth ages 13–24, though both groups maintained high ART prescription rates. Data were sourced from CAREWare and the Ohio Department of Health.
