In Cuyahoga County, CCBH licenses and inspects all facilities that sell food at the retail level, except for those operating in the City of Cleveland.

Annual Food License Renewal
Annual food license renewal applications are mailed in January of each year for renewal before March 1. Licenses renewed after March 1 will be assessed a mandatory 25% late penalty.
If you have a mobile license, please contact our office at 216.201.2000 after submitting your renewal application. We need to schedule your first annual inspection prior to operating.
Annual license fees are subject to change.
